Jubilee Updates:March 1, 2009 The 26th Jubilee was a rousing success and featured arguably one of the best line-ups ever, closing to a standing Ovation. The 2009 band line-up consisted of Titan Hot Seven, High Sierra Jazz Band, Grand Dominion Jazz Band, Tom Rigney & Flambeau, Ivory & Gold, "Oregon's Own" 234th Army Band, The St. Louis Rivermen, Titanic Jazz Band, Blue Street Jazz Band, Bill Alred's Classic Jazz Band, Firecracker Jazz Band, and the Uptown Lowdown Jazz Band. Every band came to town ready to perform, and boy did they!!! Old fans, as well as new converts, were tapping their toes as the music swept through the venues. We plan on being back again next year and hope you will join us.
November 8, 2009 The starting time for the 2010 Jubilee has been changed. The new starting time is 3:00pm. Please note this change since it is earlier than previous years and you wouldn't want to missing any of the fun.
January 17, 2010 The Performer Line-up as been changed, unfortunately "We Three" will not be performing, however a special "Apostle Set" has been added. The Performance Schedule has been set and is available for viewing. There is a printable schedule available, just click the link posted above the Schedule. As you can see things are ramping up for the big event, which is a little over a month away, so get your badges ordered and your travel plans set.
January 24, 2010 The price for Saturday Night Badges ( Valid for Saturday Only After 5:00pm ) have been raised to $30.00. We Regret the increase, but feel certain you will get more than your money's worth. News Releases:March 13, 2009 Oregon Dixieland Jubilee Wins Ovation Award: The Oregon Dixieland Jubilee was awarded a 2008 Ovation award for Best Cultural or Heritage Event. The award recognized the quality of the Jubilee and the contributions the Jubilee makes to the community. The Ovation Awards are given out by the Oregon Festivals & Events Association at their annual NW Festivals and Events Conference. The conference is held jointly with the Washington Festivals and Events Association and this year's conference took place at Ocean Shores Convention Center in Washington. Accepting the award on behalf of the Oregon Dixieland Jubilee were 2009 Jubilee directors Ruth Johnson and Judy Shook.
